All material returned to ACDI, for any reason, must be accompanied by an approved Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Customers must obtain an RMA authorization by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org to describe the reason for the return. Any part found defective must have the nonconformance clearly documented on a rejection report. Once a RMA number is issued, it must be clearly shown on all packaging and paperwork included with the returned part.
Any merchandise accepted or returned for any reason other than warranty may be subject to a 15% return charge.
Merchandise to be returned must be sent by the freight carrier per the method approved on the RMA.
